For all the Omega lovers out there who think their watches are comparable with Rolex – you are dreaming.
Omega now has lost ground to Cartier as in now Number 3.
The reason I think this is the case is because Omega just don’t have a “look”.
With the exception of the Speedmaster, Omega keep chopping and changing their look to get new sales and are going nowhere….
No one in the luxury market buys a watch to tell the time. This is fact..
Rolex have stomped over every watch brand in Switzerland except for Patek because they do a completely different style of watch…
For all other brands – game over.

You cannot compare the no date sub to the PO, depth rate is double, caliber is much more accurate technical and robust.

Have both. Don’t favor one over the other. The planet Ocean is bigger and has a sapphire see thru back which I enjoy and for the life of me don’t understand why Rolex can’t show off it’s engines. Seems silly they don’t. We all like to look under the hood. So for me it’s the Omega by a hair.
