Norqain welcomes summer with the combination of two of its most popular timepieces in two very cool hues, turquoise and burgundy. The new Wild One Skeleton comes in an ultra-light case made of the brand-exclusive carbon fiber-based “Norteq” material. Ticking inside is the skeletonized NN08S movement, based on Sellita SW200-1 S c. This lightweight combination gives the timepiece a weight of 78 grams.
Five-year-old Swiss Norqain proves that the time-honored art of skeletonizing doesn’t have to be at odds with sportiness. This is thanks to a special shock-absorbent rubber design that protects the COSC-chronometer certified movement inside, which is also embedded in a titanium container.
As a result, the Wild One Skeleton boasts a pressure resistance of up to 20 bars. Thanks to superluminova elements, the ultra-legible dial also meets the requirements of a modern sports watch.
The case has a diameter of 42 millimeters and sits on an integrated rubber strap with a stylish milanaise pattern.
The Norqain Wild One Skeleton Turquoise is priced at approximately $5,400 when converted to USD, while the Wild One Skeleton Burgundy’s price tag is approximately $200 higher. The latter is limited to production of 300 pieces.
