Highlights from Christie’s “Swiss Icons” Online Watch Auction

Over the past few years, Christie’s has ramped up the presence and frequency of its online watch auctions. At one point they were merely complementary sales to the larger, more enticing live auctions, but now they have developed into a spectacle in their own right, with flocks of people visiting Christie’s New York in Rockefeller Center to catch a glimpse of the notable vintage and modern watches up for sale. The current Christies Online Watch Auction wraps up next Tuesday so there’s still plenty of time over the weekend to place your bids.
