Panerai Opens Boutique in Naples, Florida

In late January, Officine Panerai opened its 50th boutique worldwide, located in the Waterside Shops in Naples, FL. The look of the boutique is designed to evoke an “Italian-style atmosphere” with nautical accents. All materials, many of which have been imported from Italy, were handcrafted by Italian artisans. Inside each Panerai boutique hangs a large wall clock highlighting one of the most distinctive aspects of Panerai timepieces: the “sandwich” structured dial, which is comprised of two superimposed surfaces enclosing a layer of Super-LumiNova, making the index markers and numerals more visible for marine divers in poorly lit conditions.

The 761-square-foot Naples boutique is situated on the east side of the Waterside Shops. Among the selection of limited and special edition watches, the boutique also offers models fitted with movements exclusively manufactured at the Panerai facility in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Panerai-Naples joins existing U.S. boutiques in Bal Harbour, Beverly Hills, Boca Raton, Dallas, La Jolla, Las Vegas, New York City and Palm Beach.
